हिंदी विभाग द्वारा "राष्ट्रीय लेखक दिवस" एवं "प्रेमचंद जयंती"  का आयोजन तारीख 7/8/2026 को किया गया जिसमें राष्ट्रीय लेखक के रूप में "रामदरश मिश्र" की कविताओं का पठन और "प्रेमचंद जयंती"  के उपलक्ष में उनकी कहानियों और उपन्यासों पर चर्चा का आयोजन भी किया गया। इसके उपरांत भारतीय संस्कृति और हिंदी साहित्य को लेकर सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम भी आयोजित किए गए जिसके अंतर्गत हिंदी के सभी विद्यार्थियों का मिलन समारोह भी शामिल था।
