On 26 July 2026, a volunteering activity was organised by Narayan Seva Sansthan at Atal Kalam Hall, Ahmedabad University. Three students from L. D. Arts College actively participated in the event as volunteers.
The students reached the venue at 8:00 a.m. and helped people with disabilities, assisting them throughout the event. Narayan Seva Sansthan works for the welfare of people with disabilities by providing artificial hands and legs and helping them become independent and perform their daily activities again. The organisation also provides medical and health support to the beneficiaries.
The students helped wherever required and learned the importance of kindness, empathy, and social service. At the end of the event, the students were felicitated and given certificates for their volunteering work.
The volunteering activity continued until 6:00 p.m. Overall, it was a meaningful and valuable experience for the students, giving them an opportunity to serve people in need and contribute to society.
