L. D. Arts College, Ahmedabad, was honoured to host an inspection visit by Colonel Vishal Sharma, 1 Gujarat Girls Battalion NCC, on 6 August 2026. The inspection programme was conducted under the guidance of Capt. Jagruti Thumar with the participation of 33 NCC cadets.
The primary objective of the visit was to assess the performance, discipline, training and overall functioning of the NCC unit. During the inspection, Colonel Vishal Sharma inspected the parade and interacted with the cadets, observing their discipline, enthusiasm and commitment towards NCC activities.
Appreciating the performance and dedication of the cadets, Colonel Vishal Sharma encouraged them to continue developing leadership qualities, teamwork and a strong spirit of service to the nation. His interaction and guidance served as an important source of motivation for the cadets.
The inspection programme was conducted successfully and provided the cadets with a valuable opportunity to demonstrate their training and discipline. The visit proved to be a motivating and memorable experience for all the participating cadets and further strengthened their commitment towards the ideals and objectives of the NCC.
