An Induction Meeting was organized by L. D. Arts College, Ahmedabad on 05th July 2025, in which all the newly admitted B.A Students participated.
Dr. B. A. Rohit gave information about the College Magazine, ‘Anjali’, and invited the students to contribute their creations for the Magazine.
Dr. Natubhai Varma gave Information about the students of National Service Scheme and motivate the Students to join for nation building.
Dr. Vinod Meena and Dr. Jagruti Thummar gave information about the National Cadet Corps, their procedure to join and how student can be a part of national defense.
Dr. Manoj Thakore spoke at length about the Sports facilities available in the College, and encouraged students to participate in all sporting activities.
Dr. Jenny Rathod gave detailed information about the awards, prizes and scholarships given to meritorious students. She also gave information about the Cultural and co-curricular activities that are conducted by the College.
The program was inaugurated and completed in the special presence of the Dr. M. D. Chavda sir, Principal, L.D. Arts College, who gave a thorough and complete understanding about the College policies regarding attendance, examination, discipline, participation in various activities, dress code, and the varied facilities offered by the college. He explained to the students in a very deep and detailed manner about every activity that takes place in the college during the year and gave guidance and motivation to the students.
Dr. Ilaben Bhola madam managed the entire Induction Meeting successfully.
