Tree Plantation Day was celebrated at L. D. Arts College on 14 July with great enthusiasm and joy. The programme began with a rally in which students and respected professors of the college actively participated, spreading awareness about the importance of trees and protecting the environment.

After the rally, students performed Garba, which added colour and joy to the celebration. The programme was graced by the presence of the college’s respected Principal, Dr. Maypatsinh Chavda, whose presence encouraged everyone present.

Later, students and professors, including Dr. Natu Bhai Verma and Dr. Babubhai Desai, gathered in the courtyard of the college for the tree plantation activity. Various saplings were planted with great care and enthusiasm, and everyone took a pledge to protect the trees and keep the surroundings green and clean.

The event conveyed an important message about environmental protection and the need for more trees. With the active participation of students and professors, the Tree Plantation Day celebration was completed successfully and became a memorable event for the college.
