This online event\, conducted through the Zoom platform\, brought together leaders and highly placed professionals from diverse fields. The aim was to share experiences\, provide expert advice\, and inspire students planning their careers. \nOutcome of the Activity: \nThe Leadership and Professional Development Conclave successfully achieved its goal of creating a platform for students to gain insights\, advice\, and inspiration from accomplished leaders. Through virtual sessions\, students had the opportunity to interact with professionals and gain valuable perspectives on various career paths. \nThe six-day conclave featured a series of sessions\, workshops\, and discussions with prominent figures in academia\, government services\, technology\, arts\, and social welfare. The event included academicians\, vice-chancellors\, artists and entrepreneurs\, technocrats and social welfare activists who shared their knowledge and experiences. \nObjectives of the Conclave: \nInspiration and Guidance: The conclave aimed to inspire students by providing them with the opportunity to learn from the experiences of accomplished leaders\, motivating and guiding them in their career planning. \nInteraction and Networking: Virtual sessions facilitated meaningful interactions between students and professionals\, fostering valuable connections and deeper insights into different career paths. \nCareer Planning: Professionals from various fields shared their expertise and advice on career planning\, helping students make informed decisions and understand the skills required for success. \nThe Leadership and Professional Development Conclave was a resounding success\, with leaders and professionals contributing to the growth and development of the next generation.
